This was our first time getting a home inspection and our first experience was great! Derek showed up early and did great explaining and going into the detail throughout the whole inspection. He answered all of our questions and concerns and gave great tips on how to maintain our future house as well. Everything about Derek was very professional and we were very pleased with the whole inspection and the report and breakdown. We will definitely be going with Centex Inspections again!

Derek was great! He did a thorough inspection around the whole house and explained everything to us. If there was something we were not familiar with, he explained and gave examples for our better understanding. He made sure he finished off everything and we had received the video summary before leaving. Overall a great experience thanks to Derek!
